- After you have been approved to return you items , ship them back to us.

You will qualify for a return if your order meets the following conditions. Items received that fail to meet conditions may be denied.
• Returns are allowed 14 days from the date of delivery. (If you're outside of the return window, please contact us and we'll try to work something out for you on a case by case basis.)
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Any gifts we have included in the package are yours to keep. After all a GIFT is a GIFT !
• Items must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided.
• When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

• You receive a defective product. This is extremely rare as our products are made with the highest quality standards and inspected by hand.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect against packages being lost in transit. We cannot be responsible for items we have never received
It totally happens. A size too small or to big, or you changed your mind to what color you like . We are here to make sure you are absolutely in love with our products and we will be happy to help with any exchanges you will need.
